I AM A BUYER. HOW DO I PLACE BIDS?
Buyers need to be both registered and logged into the website with their unique username and password to place bids. Once registered, you can start to place bids once the properties have entered the Live Auction section of the website.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY BID WAS SUCCESSFUL?
If the purchasers bid either met the reserve, or if it was accepted by the vendor, an ANW representative will contact the prospective purchaser.

HOW DOES THE AUCTION WORK?
The properties listed will be sold to the party making the highest offer, either submitted to via the ANW website or submitted via telephone contact with an ANW representative.If a bid is submitted within 15 minutes of the closing time, another 15 minutes will be added. The auction will therefore close after a 15 minute period of inactivity.Prospective purchasers making an acceptable offer will be required to exchange contracts within 24 hours of notice of acceptance.

TIMESCALE.
Each property will be in the auction for two weeks. A clock will be displayed under the relevant property indicating the amount of days, hours, and minutes left until the close of the auction.At the close of the auction, the successful bidder will be contacted and the property will be completed within 28 days.

I AM A SELLER. HOW DO I SELL MY PROPERTY?
Contact ANW with your property details. On receipt of these details, an ANW will contact you regarding our FREE appraisal of the property. We will then suggest a reserve. Should you agree to our reserve, we will distribute your property detais to our large database of clienteles. Buyers then have a number of days to view the property, arrange surveys, and view legal documents, after which time the Live auction starts and lasts for two weeks.

NOT SOLD AT AUCTION
If not sold at auction, your property will be listed in our for sale listing for another month. As online property auctions become an increasingly popular way to sell property, we offer you the best of both.
